Nonfiction: Memoir

Shary Hauer has a clear, beautiful writing style and her story is engaging. Her sense of humor is entertaining. Those elements are what kept me reading. This is not a book about sex addiction, but rather the author's search for love. It may have value to many women who find themselves undefined apart from relationship. It is a little difficult for me to believe that that author could remember so many exact details of her dates, her meals, her life from years past, but those details also add texture. This book has value for many readers, mostly female, and it can be a warning for everyone who seeks fulfillment without first taking care of his/her own inner life.
