We only have a few years to impart knowledge and wisdom to our children. Mothers share their knowledge and wisdom through answering children's questions. This often happens when the chatter of life is quieted and the real conversation begins such as when working through the mundane, observing and appreciating nature, or communing, with one another.
Becoming Flame is a little book packed full of brief mother-daughter dialogues, such as the one below that express wisdom, knowledge and profound insight.
"The Mother and Daughter saw a great ship on the horizon, its sails catching the red and gold of the morning rays.

Anders writes simply and mystically with a lovely poetic cadence. This book would be a great gift for special mothers.
